Chair Delivery and Setup Terms

Chair Setup and Breakdown Fee:

We offer chair setup and breakdown services for a fee, determined by the type of chairs rented and the Delivery Location. Please Call for Pricing

Delivery Locations:

• For customers opting for self-setup, chairs will be delivered to the nearest threshold to the driveway, i.e. the Garage.
• Backyard Delivery must be disclosed prior to arrival and Additional Fees Apply.  Please Call to Coordinate.
• If we are delivering to an Event Facility delivery must be to a First-floor ground level entrance

Additional Charges:

In cases where delivery impediments are present (e.g., elevators, steps, steep hills, gates, long walks, narrow doorways) that require manual handling beyond standard dolly delivery, an additional fee will apply. This fee will be based on:

• The number of items being delivered
• The distance, time, and complexity of the delivery due to impediments

Billing Process for Additional Fees:

Please call to discuss and pay for any additional delivery fees prior to delivery. This ensures our staff arrives prepared to maintain our scheduled delivery times. Any undisclosed circumstances discovered upon delivery will require immediate payment. Delay or Refusal to pay will result in the Denial of Rental Service.
